I was invited to be part of a podcast this week. The topic was Mental Health during Corona. It will be in German, so I decided to share a few of the ideas in English as well! Stay healthy everyone!

These are unsteady times. Covid-19 has now made it even to the most remote places on this planet. While numbers are rising and the news are flooding our screens, many of us are in self-isolation. For some this might be a most-welcomed opportunity to do things we had wanted to do for a long time or to spend more time with (close) family and less time at work. However, for others this might mean being alone and with limited social contact, or alternatively close to people, who seek conflict. And yet for others, this might mean having to go out every day nonetheless, because their jobs are essential and do not translate to a home office environment. Regardless of what group you belong to, we all need times in which we decompress. To help you with this, I will share a link list of resources with you. Whether you want to indulge in soothing activities, read through therapeutic guidance, gain advice on how to speak to your kids about Corona, or gain ideas about what comes after, these links will hopefully give you want you seek. Please note, none of these materials were written by me; I have merely collected and grouped these together. Please leave a comment below if you have found this useful or would like to contribute further links.
